Murray Scalf - VP of Business Development and Director

Mr. Murray Scalf has over 25 years of experience in the oil and gas industry and is currently the President of Dorado Energy Inc., a private oil and gas exploration and production company. Mr. Scalf was formerly the President of Denim Exploration Corp., and prior thereto, President of Dorchester Energy Inc., both Calgary-based oil and gas companies which were ultimately acquired by senior Canadian producing oil and gas companies. Mr. Scalf is a member of the Canadian Association of Petroleum Landmen and his local knowledge and extensive experience in evaluation of potential producing oil and gas assets and Crown land sale postings in the Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin will be instrumental in implementing the Company's strategy. 

Robert Todd - CFO

Mr. Todd has has over 25 years of experience in senior positions with private and publicly traded natural resource companies.

Malcolm Todd - CEO and Director

With over 25 years of experience in senior positions within natural resources companies, Mr. Todd lends his expertise as a Director of Coastport Capital. In addition, Mr. Todd is President and Director of Prairie Exploration Inc. (a private Alberta Corporation), a position held since December 2006. Prior thereto he was President of Prairie Pacific Energy Corporation, which was acquired by Northrock Resources Ltd. in February 2006. Mr. Todd negotiated and assisted in the completion of transactions valued in excess of $50 million while at Prairie Pacific, and has served as a Senior Officer and Director of a number of other public and private companies including Inspan Investments Ltd. (acquired by EnCana Ltd.). Mr. Todd has also been President and Director of The Woodlands Group, a private investment partnership, since 1984.

Laurie Sadler - Director

Mr. Sadler brings extensive experience from his years serving as business advisor to both public and private companies. Since retiring as a Chartered Accountant and as founding and managing partner of the firm Sadler, Weismiller, and Spencer, Chartered Accountants (1984-2001), Mr. Sadler is currently focusing his knowledge towards evaluating opportunities for a number of resource and exploration companies. Mr. Sadler received a Masters of Business Administration from the prestigious University of Western Ontario.
