Coastport Capital Inc. (TSXV:CPP) is a Canadian oil and natural gas exploration and production company, focused on the Montney and Bluesky formations in the Deep Valley in Northwestern Alberta.
The Company has been focused on acquiring acreage in liquid rich resource plays. Recently the Montney and Bluesky plays have attracted considerable attention, resulting from discoveries of large quantities of liquid-rich natural gas trapped in this tight gas play being economically produced. To date the Company has been successful in acquiring 22 gross sections (16 net sections) prospective for Montney or Bluesky development.
